1. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via trusted logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or sea freight via FOB/CIF depending on order size).
Sample Orders:
Shipped via express courier (DHL/FedEx)
Estimated time: 5–7 business days
Bulk Production Orders:
✈️ Air freight: 5–10 business days
🚢 Sea freight (FOB HCMC port): 15–30 days depending on destination
Shipping Terms:
Default: FOB Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
We support DDP/DDU upon request
Customers may also use their own freight forwarders
Packaging:
Standard: Polybag with carton box
Custom packaging available for bulk orders (MOQ applies)

2. Payment Terms
We offer flexible and secure payment options to support your order at every stage.
Sample Orders:
100% payment in advance
Payment methods: PayPal or Bank Transfer
Bulk Production Orders:
50% deposit to start production
50% balance before shipment (after QC approval)
Accepted methods: T/T (Bank Transfer) or LC at sight (for large orders)
Currency:
We accept USD as the default payment currency
Other currencies available upon request
Invoices & Contracts:
Proforma Invoice will be issued upon order confirmation
Final Commercial Invoice provided before shipment
