What is your minimum order quantity?
Custom production starts from 500 pieces per style, subject to product category, fabric, color and decoration requirements. Some fabrics or finishing methods may require higher minimums — this is confirmed per program when we review your enquiry.

What do you need from me to start?
To review a project we need: your company information, product category, a tech pack or reference sample, target quantity, required delivery date, and any compliance requirements. The more complete the information, the faster we can confirm feasibility.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling typically takes 10–15 working days, starting after we have complete information, confirmed materials and payment. Complex constructions or custom-developed fabrics can take longer — we'll tell you upfront if that applies.
How long does bulk production take?
Standard bulk-production planning is approximately 90–120 days, starting after required approvals, order confirmation and deposit. This covers material readiness, production, quality control and packing. Timelines are confirmed per program based on quantity and complexity.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on fabric, construction, decoration, quantity and delivery requirements — so we quote per program rather than publishing fixed prices. Send us your details and we'll review feasibility and come back with next steps.
